Service Description

Every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm Uncovering the soul in a safe, positive, accepting space! This class is in collaboration with San Diego Naked Yoga. Clothing is optional, and I highly suggest bringing comfortable, loose layers or a robe that can easily be removed as you adjust, warm up, and get comfortable! As a class for individuals with vaginas, currently located in Hillcrest (San Diego's gay community), this is about baring the soul and skin as does the rest of mother nature, celebrating diversity and autonomy, and giving you the privacy to dive deep into a yoga practice that acknowledges your natural beauty. Again, clothing is OPTIONAL, with it being acceptable to wear as much or as little as suits your practice and individual needs. This class is an open level hatha yoga class.
