Herbal alternatives were not always the "alternative" medicine. As a certified clinical herbalist, Margaret's goal is to bring the client to a place of balance and optimal health using individualized formulas that target all aspects of health. Other methods may include lifestyle coaching, holistic nutrition coaching, herbal formulas, and energetic practices.

Yoga Events
Many remedies are found within and can be accessed through breath, movement, and meditation. Margaret's classes may include themes of crystal healing, nature, energy healing, and somatic awareness. She teaches every Tuesday at 9am at Visionary Dance Theatre ($10 drop in), as well as leads evening workshops every month.
