These meet ups are DONATION BASED with live singing bowls and drums that take place around San Diego, CA. There are always extra mats and the yoga flows are open level, meaning they can be modified for the novice or the advanced yogis! They typically take place once a month, coordinating with the moon or sun cycles to contribute to your experience both physically and spiritually.
